Mapping the subject’s own core values, behaviours and comfort zones; these are constantly re-examined, re-inforced and developed throughout the programme.
Formal analysis of the subject’s Mind Filters, which enable the subject to better understand their own personal and business thinking styles.
Single and Double Learning Loops start by showing how the individual’s driving values affect their conceptual and operating strategies, and proceed to analyse desired and unintended outcomes, in order to learn how to improve performance through better use of core values and adapted behaviours.
Success and Set-back Analysis further reinforces the process of learning from experience and adjusting behaviours accordingly.
